Hand Therapy In Egypt

I am an Occupational Therapist who specializes in Hand Therapy. I am traveling to Egypt in November. I will be traveling with a Hand Surgeon from the USA as the American Association for Hand Surgery's 2008 Vargus International Hand Therapist Award recipient. I currently have no knowledge of whether OT's, PT's or both work with hand injuries in Egypt. I would love to be in contact with anyone who has information regarding on this, on places I can visit, and to share/exchange knowledge!
